Tummy time revisited

Suddenly tummy time isn't so bad!

Buddies

These two, right after naps are funny!  They think so, too.  They love playing together and making each other laugh.  And I'm happy to get a few things done while they play happily together.

Cohen Koesters

Jack, Audrey, and I made a last minute trip to West Lafayette to visit the Koesters family when Cohen Patrick Shaw was born.

It was a short trip but every little moment was filled to the brim.  I honestly couldn't tell you what we did all day.  Not a lot of sitting, I'll tell you that! Jodi, I don't know you do it every day.  I was absolutely exhausted when I left!

Welcome to the world, Cohen!  I'm so glad I got to sneak away and meet you.  And I'm thankful that the nurses let me in during flu season!

Here are a few pictures of our trip:

Late night....

I turned my back for one minute....

My favorite from the day.

Cohen

Happy little jumper

We hung the doorway jumper a few weeks back, but Audrey doesn't go in it very often.  I think she's a bit small for it and she gets lost inside.

I caught a brief smile from our little jumper before she realized that she doesn't really like this thing:

Put him to work

For awhile I wasn't able to keep Jack away from the toilet.  Every time I turned my back he was in the bathroom splashing in the toilet, or filling it up with whatever he could get his hands on.  So I decided to put his fascination to good use.

After looking through my pictures, I realized that Jack actually has a lot of jobs around the house.  Here are a few pictures of him hard at work.

He's still a great coffee maker

Buttering the bundt pan - and yes, he's tasting the butter

He begged to hold the shovel and then cried when it got too cold

Making his own pizzas

Cleaning the fridge
